2019 Herbert L. Wallace Community Service Award Recipients: Sandy and Felipe Ochoa

At the invitation of Chargé d’Affaires, John s. Creamer, the American Benevolent Society


(ABS), celebrated 151 years of servicing our community at the US Ambassador's Residence.

ABS Members were treated to a delightful reception with drinks and hors d'oeuvre where they had the opportunity to meet and mingle with many of the ABS board members and executive committee.

Following the adjournment of the annual board meeting, the Herbert L. Wallace Community Service Award was presented to Sandy Ochoa and her husband Felipe, in recognition of their dedication to ABS's mission and their decades of philanthropic work.
